I was invited to give a presentation to the White Waltham flying club the largest flying club in the country October 12th 2022
95 people were present The session was planned for 75 minutes but ran into excess of 3 hours The project was received enthusiastically raising over £400 in donations and adding 34 names to our news letter data base

Long before the Spitfire took to the skies, the Schneider Trophy pushed Britain to innovate at full throttle. The Supermarine S.5 was built for one purpose — to bring the Trophy home. That victory didn’t just win a race; it sparked the design evolution that led directly to the Spitfire.
